Tradition Continues
The law firm of Boston Bever Klinge Cross & Chidester is
the largest law firm in East Central Indiana. The firm began
in 1911 by its founder, Denver Harlan, and was further developed
by his son, John M. Harlan, who remained with the firm until
his retirement in December 1997. Beginning in 1998, the remaining
partners with the firm "merged" the firm with the
younger partners from the second largest firm in Richmond to
form the current group, Boston Bever Klinge Cross & Chidester.
The firm is proud of the fact that its newest associate, Adam
G. Forrest, is the great grandson of founder Denver Harlan.
In keeping with its proud heritage, the firm
anticipates further success in representing the legal needs of
local businesses and families in the Richmond/Wayne County area.
According to its managing partner Richard E. Boston, "The
firm hopes to continue its image as being the 'community firm'
and the most qualified and hardest working firm in East Central
Indiana." If its current clientele is any indication, which
includes the City of Richmond; Wayne County Government; Richmond
Community Schools; Reid Hospital; the Richmond-Wayne County Chamber
of Commerce; Forest Hills Country Club; other county communities
and school corporations; various non-profit groups, such as the
YMCA, Girl Scouts and the Boys & Girls Clubs, together with
banking institutions; and numerous local businesses and professionals,
then the future of the firm should be as bright as its long successful
history. |
